We are open Monday - Thursday from 8.30am - 4.00pm, term time.

FUNDED CHILD CARE ENTITLEMENT 

We are registered with Bristol City Council for eligible two year old funding, and the Universal and Extended 15/30 funding for three and four year olds (Terms & Conditions apply) 

We offer the following sessions...

FULL DAY SESSION

8.30am - 4.00pm

(7 hours 30 mins)

MORNING HALF DAY SESSION

8.30am - 12.15pm

(3 hours 45 mins)

MORNING + PACKED LUNCH SESSION 

8.30am - 1.30pm

(5 hours)

On request we may be able to offer a afternoon half day session.

Availability of this session largely depends on our booked attendance for the packed lunch/ full day sessions.

Funded childcare hours can be claimed for all our session options. 

Fees for sessions are inclusive of consumable charges. 

There is a small and reasonable 50p consumable fee per morning

or £1 for a full day session.

This includes breakfast for all the children, and afternoon snack for those attending full day.

Our midmorning snack is provided by the Government milk scheme, and your child can bring in a piece of fruit or vegetable from home.

Extra charges or donation requests towards trips or experiences may still apply, however we do our best to try and keep these costs to you at a minimum. 

As a registered not for profit charity, fundraising does contribute to our income. Any donations are always greatly received and appreciated. All income goes directly to Elmtree Preschool for the benefit of the children and their families. 

You will be sent a copy of our Fee and Donation Policy, and Elmtree Preschool’s session details upon enquiry.

• Our aim is to offer session options which fit with various family lifestyles, whilst also maximising the use of the funded 15 and 30 hours entitlement.
• Families can use the funded hours entitlement for ALL our sessions.
• Book extra sessions in addition to your funded entitlement hours (fees will apply).
• Book adhoc/casual extras and swap sessions (subject to availability, fees will apply).
• Other than a small charge towards breakfast, all other consumable charges and fees are included in the cost of our sessions, so no surprises.
• 'Pay As You Go' settling in sessions for up to two weeks.

Below are some weekly session combinations which may suit those with the 15 or 30 hours per week funding entitlement.

15 hours entitlement

Two Full Day sessions = 15

Three Morning with packed lunch sessions = 15

Four Morning or Four Afternoon sessions = 15

30 hours entitlement

Two Full Day Sessions & Two Morning with Lunch Club Sessions = 25

Four Full Day Sessions = 30

Sessions and hours attended outside of the funded entitlement will be charged at our standard rate, and in accordance to our current Fee and Donation Policy.
