Our sessions

We are open Monday - Thursday from 8.40am - 3.15pm, term time. With morning, morning or full day session options.

FUNDED CHILD CARE ENTITLEMENT

We are registered with Bristol City Council for eligible two year old funding, Universal, Extended and Working Parent funding for two to four year olds

(Terms & Conditions apply)

We offer the following sessions...

FULL DAY SESSION

8.40am - 3.15pm

MORNING SESSION

8.40am - 12.15pm

Funded childcare hours can be claimed for all our session options.

There is a small and reasonable £1 consumable fee per morning session or £2 for a full day session.

This is also inclusive of breakfast for all the children, and afternoon snack for those attending full day.

Cows milk is supplied by Government milk scheme, and your child can bring in a piece of fruit or vegetable from home for our midmorning snack. Unfortunately the Government current milk scheme doesn't support non dairy milk options, you are welcome to bring in non dairy milk for your child, or we can supply it for a small termly charge.

Extra charges or donation requests towards trips or experiences may still apply, however we do our best to try and keep these costs to you at a minimum.

As a registered not for profit charity, fundraising does contribute to our income. Any donations are always greatly received and appreciated. As a not-for-profit charity 100% of our income goes directly to Elmtree Preschool for the benefit of the children and their families.

You will be sent a copy of our Fee and Donation Policy, and Elmtree Preschool’s session details upon enquiry.

A flexible and fair approach

  • Our aim is to offer session options which fit with various family lifestyles, whilst also maximising the use of the funded 15 and 30 hours entitlement.
  • Families can use the funded hours entitlement for ALL our sessions.
  • Book extra sessions in addition to your funded entitlement hours (fees will apply).
  • Book adhoc/casual extras and swap sessions (subject to availability, fees will apply).
  • Other than a small charge towards breakfast, all other consumable charges and fees are included in the cost of our sessions, so no surprises.
  • 'Pay As You Go' settling in sessions for up to two weeks.
