Safer recruitment training provides us with knowledge and understanding of the set of practices to follow to help ensure all the Early Years team and volunteers are suitable to work with children and young people. It is a vital part of creating a safe and positive environment, and forms part of Elmtree Preschool's commitment to keep children safe from harm.
