 Complaints Policy – Working Together

We aim to provide the highest quality care and education for all children. If you ever have a concern or worry, please don’t hesitate to speak to us - most issues can be resolved quickly through open conversation.

Step-by-step guide:

1. Talk to your child’s key person or the Preschool Manager as soon as you can. We value your feedback and will always listen.
    
2. If the issue isn't resolved, please put your complaint in writing and address it to one or both of the Managers and Elmtree Preschool's Chair of Trustees; Becky Meacham or Caroline Marchant, and Louise Minchin is our chair of trustees.
    
3. You will receive a written acknowledgment within 5 working days and a full response within 28 days.

We keep a record of all complaints in accordance with EYFS requirements and treat every concern with respect and confidentiality.
